Proposal: Remove Primordial Pool Rewards instead of reallocating

I agree overall with removing that 980k - I voted yes. I’m also open to the idea of a shorter burst of less rewards to encourage migration. I just don’t see a need to reallocate the 980k BNT to BNT LPs - feels like it won’t be received well & isn’t necessary.
