What means APR and Rewards?

I like to know the method how to choose the correct pool.

Lets assume there are the following pools:

Pool A: Rewards BNT 100% / APR: 10%
Pool b: Rewards BNT 120% / APR: 7%

Can somebody please explain which of these both pools are better and why?
