Should quorum for whitelisting maybe reduced?
It appears to me, that its hard to reach right now, also, LPs attention may drop over time.
Also, how critical is whitelisting of a new token to the network? I am not fully grasping what this entails.

I agree with this i think whitelisting quorum should be lowered to 30% so that people have to vote against rather than not vote and make their vote count more by not filling quorum.
