BnTKN to BnTKN Trading

This is my first post on the discussion forums. I’m not sure if this is possible but would the developers be able to find a way to allow us to trade our BnTKN tokens for other BnTKN’s? It would be a way to feel less stuck within the protocol without taking the haircut and leaving. I’m sure it would be tricky since each pool has a different deficit but even so, I’m sure some people would be interested in the opportunity to trade for another BnTKN within the protocol. Maybe it would even allow us to collect more fees since there would be more trading going on.

I understand this may not even be feasible but I thought I would ask.

This is a great idea! We originally had bnTKN <> bnTKN on the V3 wishlist, labeled more of a synth swap setup but it’s definitely possible with enough dev resources.

The focus is currently on shipping the new trading product to boost fee performance but hopefully can add some developers to this intra-protocol swap feature as I’m fairly sure it would increase fees/revenue of the protocol. Not sure the impact it would have regarding pool deficits + IL but can model those out with the simulator as needed.
