Voted for this proposal. Note that the co-investment limit is 200K BNT which seems reasonable given the average volume that the Uniswap pool has done in the past 30 days (1.15M):
V/R ration is roughly 32% which is healthy in my opinion. No obvious red flags and project seems reputable.
