Bootstrap Carbon with POL from Bancor 3 Context: This proposal is a continued discussion of the proposals created by alphavalion [here, and here]. In brief, there are two key aspects that should be consolidated: Winding down of Bancor V3 and cementing the lossless state of tokens in surplus The Bancor V3 contracts allow the DAO to determine the trading liquidity value of any pool.
