The OP has been calling for the BNT printer to be reenabled as part of this proposal based on the statement that v2.1 LPs should receive the BNT as part of their tokens being sold off due to rebalancing. I suggest that the OP clarifies that this proposal is NOT seeking to turn the printer back on. Baring this clarity, I will be putting up my proposal to snapshot this weekend
which calls for a clean migration with v2.1 withdrawals permanently close and no BNT printer being enabled.
