# What should i do with my BNT?

I’ve been with bancor from the start now, just been holding my tokens. Now they are old? What do you think I should do with them?

I’ve seen some guides that you can approve them direct from the contract, then migrate them to v2-3?

What should I do after that? Is there something cool I could delegate the funds towards?

You don’t need to do anything with your BNT tokens if you’re just holding them in your wallet, they will remain ERC-20 tokens. I believe you can directly stake them to vote in governance now, if you so wish.
