# Proposal to Whitelist Token (COT) ## This proposal is expected to appear on Snapshot for voting on Monday 26th April 2021 at 12:00 pm UTC. # TL;DR - Low risk, tiny co-investment, with minimal liability - Proposed co-investment is only 5,000 BNT (1/4 the standard small cap) - There are no apparent security concerns that would prohibit whitelist status. - There is no reason to doubt the legitimacy of the CoTrader project. ### Token Address: 0x5c872500c00565505f3624ab435c222e558e9ff8 ### Project Website: [CoTrader.com](http://CoTrader.com) # Token Security COT does not have an elastic supply, or rebase mechanism. The COT contracts do not have permissions that grant administrators unrestricted mint/burn capabilities. The COT token supply is fixed at 20,000,000,000, of which 18,886,520,618 are in current circulation.
