This proposal in combination with the purchase of BNT from the market, by the foundation, would largely solve the problem we’re facing currently. I personally think this would be the best way to deplay a small portion of the ico funds, as described in: [Bancor foundation BNT investment/buyback](https://gov.bancor.network/t/bancor-foundation-bnt-investment-buyback/3877)
