To be posted to Snapshot on 2026-06-07T14:00:00Z ### **TL;DR:** Previous proposals have been brought up to the Bancor DAO that set a 0.001% (1/10th of a basis point) fee on stable to stable trades for certain trading pairs. This proposal is looking to expand on these previous proposals by setting a lower fee on the following: USDS/USDT USDS/USDC USDS/DAI USDe/USDT USDe/USDC USDe/USDS PYUSD/USDT PYUSD/USDC PYUSD/USDS USDG/USDT USDG/USDC USDG/USDS RLUSD/USDT RLUSD/USDC RLUSD/USDS GHO/USDT GHO/USDC GHO/USDS trading pairs on the Carbon DeFi deployment on Ethereum. ### **Overview:** The default taker fee on Carbon DeFi Ethereum deployment is 0.2% which means that anyone taking an order from the protocol has to pay this amount. This proposal is seeking to expand the custom taker fee to these other stable pairs. USDS is Sky’s upgraded successor to DAI, minted 1:1 from DAI or against the same Maker vault system of RWA, USDC, and crypto collateral. What is Ethena USDe? USDe is a synthetic dollar that stays near $1 by hedging crypto collateral with equal short positions on derivatives exchanges; yield comes from funding rates. What is PayPal USD? PYUSD is PayPal’s regulated dollar stablecoin issued by Paxos, redeemable 1:1 and backed by U.S. Treasury reverse repos and cash deposits. What is Global Dollar? USDG is Paxos’s MAS-regulated Global Dollar stablecoin, redeemable 1:1 in USD through Paxos Singapore with reserves at DBS and Standard Chartered. What is Ripple USD? RLUSD is Ripple’s NYDFS-chartered dollar stablecoin redeemable 1:1 and backed by USD deposits, cash equivalents, and short-term U.S. Treasuries. What is GHO?
