Has anyone else looked into [Conviction Voting](https://medium.com/giveth/conviction-voting-a-novel-continuous-decision-making-alternative-to-governance-aa746cfb9475)? The more I read about it, the more I like it as a potential solution for [How to increase voter turnout](https://gov.bancor.network/t/how-to-increase-voter-turnout/1933) (or reduce voter apathy) by making “voting as easy as possible” and to strike a balance between whale voting power and minority opinions.
